Conditions

Minimum order
$50. Long-time clients may keep running tabs on a monthly basis. This may be useful for companies with frequent small jobs, such as press releases.

Rush rates
25% extra. The designation of a job as rush work is dependant on our availability and the volume of work with respect to the timeframe. You will be advised if your job would constitute rush work. Press releases and any other work due the same or following day are automatically billed at the rush rate.

No surcharges
The use of hourly rates for special documents (ppt, html, jpg, etc.) eliminates the need for surcharges.

Exchange of services or products
We believe in the barter system. This alternative works best with companies in close proximity (Quebec Laurentians and Montreal or Val-d'Or areas). Bartering is a legal form of compensation according to Canada’s Income Tax Act.

Payment and contract
New clients: a signed contract for all jobs and 50% of the estimate before work begins for jobs exceeding $500. Balance is payable immediately upon receipt. Conditions are negotiable for well-known companies. Established clients: full balance within 30 days of billing date. Means of payment: cash, certified cheque, money order or e-mail money transfer. Established clients may use regular cheques. Clients are responsible for any fees related to payment.

Late fees
2.5% interest compounded monthly.

Taxes
Prices do not include applicable Canadian taxes (15.025%). Registered GST and QST numbers are provided on the invoice. Tax-free for clients outside of Canada.

Outsourcing
If your job is outsourced, in whole or in part, you will be advised and all material will be thoroughly verified by Vee Geoservices.

Confidentiality
Vee Geoservices routinely deals with documents of a sensitive or proprietary nature. As a standard procedure, all work is treated as confidential whether or not an agreement has been signed. If your job is outsourced, in whole or in part, you will be advised and the subcontract will be subject to the same terms of confidentiality as Vee Geoservices. Our client list will never be distributed to third parties.
